Fomos bem recebidos ,com horário. Quanto a hospedagem quarto,precisa melhorar aparência com pintura ,quanto corredores limpos e organizados ,a boa mudança é que agora para irmos para último andar temos elevadores que facilitou bastante para o locomoção . Decepção de hotel! Fora de padrão da rede IBIS

Horrível a estadia. Fora dos padrões que a hotéis.com tem em seu site. Fiz o chek in, fui até o quarto, mas infelizmente o elevador só ia até o 2’andar. Minha esposa não consegue subir escada. Não ficamos no hotel. Porém o atendente disse que não poderia cancelar o pagamento. A escada que liga on2 andar ao 3 é horrível, de ferro e toda enferrujada, o último degrau é um perigo as pessoas. Não usamos o quarto. Decepção total, quarto nada confortável e com lençóis Que pareciam ter sido usados.

MUITO MAIS QUE RUIM!

Uma das piores estadias da vida. Começando que o estacionamento fica numa rampa extremamente íngrime ao lado do hotel, sem a menos ligação com o mesmo que facilite a entrada e saída dos hóspedes. A cama com um colchão pessimo, muito desconfortável. Não havia toalha de rosto, apenas de banho. Os travesseiros pessimos como o colchão. No café da manhã os sucos eram praticamente água de tão diluídos, parte do presunto estava esverdeado, os talheres muito mal limpos e com pouquíssimas opções. Resumindo: NÃO SE JOSPEDEM LÁ!
