O atendimento do recepcionista assim que chegamos foi incrível ! Um menino novo, mas com uma desenvoltura espetacular . A receocao nova e decorada , mas quando chegamos no quarto ficamos assustadas com a qualidade. Pedidos pra trocar pois o banheiro era velho demais. Aí passamos pra um de frente , um pouco melhor mas estava e limpeza , como só íamos dormir seguimos o fluxo e deixamos pra lá. Quase trocamos de hotel 😔, NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO, fiquem alerta . O quarto parecia que tinha um trem do lado de tanto que tremia com carros da rua passando. O café da manhã era bom , atendimento também. Precisam melhorar os quartos, qualidade dos travesseiros e cobertas.

Ótimo hotel no centro

A estadia foi excelente.O Hotel foi todo reformado,está muito diferente de 7 anos atrás.A decoração está muito bonita ,a cama é Queen ,bem confortável e a localização é perfeita.E o atendimento do time da recepção foi maravilhoso,sempre muito solícitos em ajudar.

Estadia razoável. Trata-se de um hotel básico com ótima localização. Quarto amplo, simples e roupa de cama nova. Os quartos não possuem ar condicionado, apenas ventilador de teto. Os quartos foram reformados, mas nem todos os banheiros foram. Possui frigobar, um armário simples e uma mesa com duas cadeiras. Os quartos da frente são muito barulhentos, por ser localizado na avenida principal. Aconselho que solicitem os laterais ou fundos. Café da manhã bom, com todas as opções básicas e costumeias, além de outras adicionais. Atendimento cordial. Permitido guardar malas após o fim da estadia. Possui elevador

Lugar Caro e Ruim

Hotel bem antigo localizado bem no Centro próximo a prefeitura, pessoal de serviço bem solícitos, ficamos no 3ºandar. O quarto é bem ruim. Cama dura, Gavetas da cabeceira emperradas, Banheiro. Os sanitários são bem antigos, pia baixa. Não tem uma prateleira de apoio para se colocar seus utensílios, apesar da água ser bem quente e boa, o chuveiro é bem velho com jatos entupidos. Espelho bem velho e não tem luz para fazer barba. café da manhã médio, no 2ºdia que ficamos eles não se prepararam para receber a quantidade de hospedes que tinham. Veio um grupo de 10 pessoas na nossa frente que acabou com pães e outras coisas. Só tinha uma pessoa para repor e não tinha como repor. O valor cobrado não condiz com os serviços oferecidos. Uma pena estamos sempre a negócios em Friburgo. Com certeza não voltaremos.

Tenho que criticar a equipe do hotel pelo apartamento disponibilizado totalmente sem estrutura ,o banheiro nao tinha nem armario ou algo similar para deixar as coisas e alem do mais nao foi feita s limpeza do quarto no primeiro dia .assim sendo foi providenciada a troca para outro apt.porem tive problemascom o chuveiro que estava com a indicacao errada de quente e fria.

Foi uma viagem rápida e portanto nos atendeu. Um bom café da manhã mas como é um Hotel relativamente antigo e tradicional da cidade precisa atentar para as manutenções constantes, principalmente no banheiro nas partes hidraulicas. Apesar de não ter estacionamento existe muitas opções nas redondezas. Sugiro encontrar uma solução para ter alguém para ajudar os hóspedes no manuseio de bagagens, principalmente por não ter estacionamento próprio e necessariamente ter que parar numa das Avenidas principais da cidade para descarregar / carregar bagagem.

Apartamento básico. Sem luz principal no banheiro e sem água quente na torneira. O hotel não possui estaciomento. O estacionamento indicado pelo hotel é pago e distante ( + ou - umas duas quadras do hotel). Café da manhã bom. Boa localização.

A estadia foi boa. O ruim é que não tem estacionamento no local e tivemos que pagar R$30,00 por dia que ficamos. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e o café da manhã super bem servido.
