It’s pretty location who enjoys the mountains. The castle is beautiful but the rooms needs to upgrade specially the bathrooms.

A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. No dia que chegamos não tinha toalhas no quarto e encontramos uma peça íntima de outro hóspede embaixo da cama. Além disso no outro dia fomos na área destinada as crianças e estava cheio de cacos de vidro no chão (provavelmente de um copo que foi quebrado). A recepção foi avisada disso e no outro dia os cacos de vidro ainda estavam lá. Café da manhã bem simples mas gostoso.

Uma das camas da suíte samurai tinha um buraco no meio. O atendimento deixa muito a desejar por se tratar do castelo. O recepcionista Silas nos atendeu super bem, já com os demais funcionários o atendimento foi pessimo. Precisamos implorar pra conseguir uma segunda chave da suíte, fora que tudo com muita dificuldade e em nenhum momento os outros funcionários se mostram dispostos a ajudar os hóspedes.

O quarto é bom, o que deixou a desejar foi o vaso da suite 313 entupido já chegamos e o vaso com esse problema e a manutenção da piscina em pleno dia de semana frio e a hidro com defeito que fomos pra curtir a noite e voltamos pro quarto sem curtir nada. O castelo é lindo, mais precisa de alguns ajustes, escolhemos o hotel justamente por disponibilizar essas opções excelentes para os dias frios. ajustes

O quarto é grande mas não possui espelho, a não ser o do banheiro. Havia um mau cheio vindo do ralo da banheira. Foi impossível regular a temperatura da água. Por conta disso, nao comseguimos usar a banheira de hidromassagem. A janela precisa de um black-out.

Banheiro com bastante mofo. Não arrumaram o quarto trocaram as toalhas, apesar de eu ter solicitado. No quarto do meu amigo apareceu uma barata enorme na cortina. Há muito barulho nos finais de semana por causa das festas de casamento que acontecem no Castelo (som alto da festa e barulho de pessoas). Café da manhã com pouca variedade e itens sem gosto. Não recomendo.
