A pousada é incrível, fica bem próxima ao centrinho e aos principais restaurantes, mas dentro dela parece que você está no meio da mata. O café da manhã é simples mas é ótimo, tudo de excelente qualidade, além de que o hotel deixa disponivel chá, café, e alguns snacks, com destaque especial para o biscoito amanteigado com goiabada que é maravilhoso. Há um espaço ótimo da piscina, que mesmo que com frio, é delicioso para soltar o pet, aproveitar o sol e tomar um vinhozinho. Super recomendo!

No geral achei boa a estadia. Pontos positivos: beleza do local, atendimento prestativo do time da cozinha, qualidade das refeições. Pontos a melhorar: atendimento do time da recepção (deveria ser mais amigável, simpático); forma de pagamento (foi cobrado parte na plataforma e a outra parte foi cobrada diretamente no hotel, na chegada - isso, além de antipatico, gera confusão aos hóspedes), o que conversa com o comentário anterior; aquecimento da piscina interna (não estava tão quente e o dia nem estava frio); quartos internos já merecem uma renovação, para melhorar o odor e algumas questões estruturais, como o sanitário meio “solto”.

Gostei bastante da pousada. O espaço é ótimo, a acomodação que fiquei excelente, aceita pet,.. Obs.: Eles não aceitam parcelamento. Pode ser que façam acima de um determinado valor, por isso, caso deseja parcelar algo, entre em contato e pergunte.

Café da manhã ok, atendimento bom, muito bem localizada, tranquilo, porém a limpeza deixou a desejar. O banheiro estava com poeira, metais aparentavam não muito limpos. Falta manutenção no quarto e em áreas comuns. O álcool era disponibilizado em frascos pequenos em locais específicos, mas poderiam ter em mais lugares. Cobram para emprestar prato e talher para usar no quarto. Achei o serviço do bar fraco. Fiquei no chalé e pelo preço que foi, não valeu o custo benefício

Experiência incrível! Pousada linda, aconchegante, com piscina aquedida 24h, sauna, piscina descoberta, sinuca, academia, quadra de tênis e mini golf (pousada empresta os equipamentos sem custo adicional). Café da manhã top! Ficamos em um chalé de frente pra piscina, maravilhoso! Amei absolutamente tudo!

Já fomos mais de uma vez ao Altenhaus. Gostamos demais. Sempre ficamos no chalé. É maravilhoso! Atendimento excelente. O lugar é lindíssimo! Ótimo para o descanso, sem deixar de oferecer boas opções de lazer. As ofertas de refeições a lá cart estão mais variadas e os preços são acessíveis.

Pousada bem localizada e bem cuidada. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e lhe atendem em todos os detalhes. Nosso pet ficou muito a vontade na pousada (com liberdade). O cardápio do restaurante não tem muitas variadades, porém o preço é bastante convidativo e a comida é boa. Recomendo e voltaria novamente.

Refúgio perfeito!!!

Pousada linda e de uma energia única! Pessoalmente é muito mais bonita que nas fotos do site. A piscina térmica a noite é incrível, junto ao som de uma playlist maravilhosa. Escolha um fim de semana de sol e se encante com o colorido que existe por lá. Vale a pena conhecer!!!!

We loved the location of this property. It is very private and scenic. The views are wonderful. We did not have a car, but the Uber and taxi services were quick and convenient. Also very reasonable if you just need a quick trip into town.

O hotel é bastante confortável, chalés lindos, limpos, piscina e gramado bem cuidado. Café da manhã e cardápio bons (nada incrivel). Aceita pets e crianças, mas direcionado aos pequenos, apenas a piscina. Para jovens há quadras também. Buscávamos descanso e teríamos tudo para ter tido uma estadia maravilhosa, porém fomos num domingo e saímos numa terça feira, onde o hotel se encontrava em manutenção. Grama sendo cortada, o que levantava poeira e trazia ruído. A piscina térmica fechada para pintura, onde havia uma lixadeira fazendo barulho, o que incomodava o descanso dos hóspedes. Questionado sobre o desconforto, o staff foi bastante gentil, mas alegou que esses dias são para manutenção da pousada. Então, vai uma recomendação para o hóspede: consulte a pousada, caso vc queira se hospedar no início da semana, se esses fatos possam fazer procurar por outro estabelecimento. Se voltaria e recomendaria? Sim, depois da consulta acima.
