「It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

「Our room wasn’t clean the day we checked in and never seemed to get a full clean the entire time we were there. (Garbage and dust bunnies in the corners of the room, no wipe downs of sink counter etc)」

「Wir haben leider mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück mussten wir morgens oder abends immer warten bis uns ein Tisch zugeteilt wurde. Einmal haben wir Abend gegessen und es hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufriden」

「Wir haben zwei Zimmer (eines für unsere Tochter) in den Bali Suites gebucht. Optisch modern, zeigt der Alltag aber deutliche Schwächen. Zimmer & Ausstattung: Der Minimalismus ist extrem: Es gibt keinen Schrank (nur 6 Bügel). Das Waschbecken ist zugleich Küchenspüle (Spülzeug muss man besorgen). Steckdosen fehlen. Die Betten sind angenehm hart. Die handwerkliche Qualität ist mäßig (Fliesen), Zimmertüren schließen nur mit viel Schwung. Klima & Sanitär: In unserem Zimmer tropft die Klimaanlage...

「Upon arrival we had a few issues with the property, but the owner sorted these for us straight away. The villa was amazing! Clean and bright with great outdoor space. The pool was perfect, as was the view. 'Martin' the visiting cat was a welcome guest! Highly recommend this place for a stay!」

「Das Apartment war sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um zusätzliche Bitten, wie beziehen des Sofas in der "Küche"gekümmert. Die Lage ist super. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt. Man könnte bemängeln, dass die Bar gegenüber laut ist, aber wenn man Fenster und Türen schließt, hört man gar nichts. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann, ist die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer. Bitte dort besonders in der Dusche besser putzen. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.」
