"We loved our 6 night stay. We came for my husband’s milestone birthday and they spoiled him and us from the moment we arrived. Shout out to the Duty Manager Shahil. It was such a highlight to stay in this iconic Baku landmark and it did not disappoint. The bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept in. If only I could put the mattress in my suitcase ; )"

"Great stay, except we did not have water for about 4-5 hours, it stopped working while I was in the shower and full of soap. The next day the AC stopped working, but I have to say that the employees were very accommodating and gave us another room for us to sleep in because it was so hot. Because of how the employees handled it I would stay there again. The rest of my stay was well worth it. It is a wonderful location, although not easy to find at first, but once there the food was great and so were the people. They really need a sign on the street to say where the hotel is."

"A great hotel with huge sized rooms and nicely appointed. Very clean and quiet too. In a great location, but unable to pick-up / drop-off taxis or drivers outside due to being on a main road - had to negotiate alternative locations for taxis and drivers. When we stayed the hotel's restaurant / bar was closed, but we were able to have breakfast and drinks at nearby partner hotels - this was fine, however the staff at the other two hotels were quite rude. Overall however Art Gallery Hotel staff were very nice, and a great hotel once its restaurant / bar re-opens."
