Petoskey RV Resort Cottages are amazing. Super cute & everything we needed. Comfortable and great amenities. The only complaint was the pool closed for the season on the second day of our stay so we were unable to use it.

Very cute tiny house. Only problems are, the weak wifi service and tv loosing all but one channel. Also, the furniture, couch, chair and BED are to hard, uncomfortable. Other than that, has what you need and beautiful grounds.

Fun getaway!

We loved the tiny house. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the covered porch. The grounds were landscaped beautifully. The RV park was quiet and had some nice amenities. We used the pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace. If we stayed longer we would have used the putting course and tennis courts. There are nice trails if you bring your bikes. The people were friendly. It would be fun for kids and families. They promised coffee and donuts in the clubhouse for breakfast but they didnt deliver, we waited until 10:30 am before we went to Mc Donalds.

They did not provide adequate linens or kitchen supplies in the cottage . They knew we had five people staying there but only supplied two bath towels, one hand towel in the bathroom, one in the kitchen, and a couple of wash clothes. Also they did not supply garbage bags or dishwasher soap. I was told corporate would not allow them to supply more. This was disappointing. We were happy with everything else. The cottage was clean and new and the grounds were beautiful.

The grounds of the resort are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like it that there was barely any hot water for our showers and the furniture was super uncomfortable.

Nice place cold shower

Beautiful property but our cottage had no hot water for our stay and got no response from the staff or management to try and get it fixed or moved to another cottage.

Cannot wait to return

Perfect resort atmosphere for relaxing with nature in the beauty that is Petoskey and Bay Harbor area. Cannot wait to return. These little cottages are the perfect alternative to a hotel. This upscale RV Resort is well worth a comparison, every amenity imaginable.
