"We stayed at this hotel last December. It was clean and tidy. This stay, 4 months later, the bedding was soiled. The bathroom was filthy. The floors were dirty. We will not stay again. "

"At the time we visited the pool heater wasn't working so the water was frigid. The room were warm as the room couldn't be go below 20 degrees to avoid the outdoors units from freezing. We stayed in a family room, and unfortunately there isn't enough outlets or charging locations to charge out devices before we got back on the road the next day."
