「The hotel in generally is Ok, besides of no wifi and no segurity box service even there is one in the room. And in some reason we had to change our travel schedule and had informed the hotel 24 hours before, but the hotel still charge us an additional night when we check out, that is kind of against the rules of reservation on Internet.」

「Nos encanto quedarnos en esta propiedad. Nos encantó la limpieza y el gran espacio que tiene. El area super lindo, tranquilo y cerca a muchisimos lugares que deseamos visitar. El unico inconveniente fue que nos demoraron para entrar al apartamento porque la bateria de el keypad que abre la puerta estaba baja y no se pudo abrir pero enviaron un tecnico inmediatamente. La comunicacion con el host fue muy buena desde el principio. Recomendado👍」

「My stay here was unfortunately very disappointing. On the first day, there was a gas leak on Sunday, and I was told it couldn’t be fixed that day because of the weekend — but no one ever came to fix it afterward, which made it impossible to use the stove during my entire stay. On top of that, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks got clogged, and one of the electrical outlets actually melted while I had the heater plugged in. 「Nice hotel in good location. Walking distances to most of the places. Convenient to bus metro supermarket bike rental and many good restaurants. 40 mins from the airport, nice a quiet neighborhood, just off the main road to avoid all the noises and lights. Stayed there twice and will definitely do it again. Staff are super nice and helpful, 5 stars for the services.」

「I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!」
