「I was truly satisfied with the hotel property and the staff. Upon check in the rep at the counter immediately knew my name which completely impressed me. There was a mix up with my online booking and they had already handled the concern which made my check in experience smooth. My daughter participates in travel basketball and I will always choose Homes 2 Suites as my first hotel stay option due to the excellent service I received.」

「I like clean room and breakfast included and plenty parking lots; only thing I don’t like there is no fan in the bathroom and too much noise from AC which affect my sleep.」

「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」

「I think you need a real person to check guess in at night. Plus in the morning the front desk was on the phone the whole time. Even got in our why trying to get breakfast. She was more worry about her video call then the customers. Not a good stay at all.Plus there was firetrucks and everything there so it was hard to park to. Because a person set off fireworks.」

「When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.」

「We were incredibly disappointed from start to finish. After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. We informed the front desk and they said, "We're aware. It's everyone, not just you." They offered no timeline for...

「Grounds are pretty, but the building itself is run down. Checked in and went to my room and found the room door wide open. The man at the front desk advised me that the AC could only be controlled by the wall panel. There was no wall panel anywhere in the room. There was mold in the corners of the tub (not a lot, but enough to notice). Area was sketchy.」
