「Very kind staff」

「Clean suite with good settings, useful cutlery, nice complimentary tea bags and snacks provided. Wonderful receptions, very helpful. Location is remote enough for star gazing which is also a nice experience. The brasserie provides good delicious food and has a worth-trying beer tasting pad containing four flavours of their own brewery. Overall, wonderful for driving tour.」

「I am regretful to book this hotel and find the host not friendly and not polite at all. - when i check in, i found that she just put her mobile on the chair and ignore my call ; - there is no free wine provided as mentioned in tripadvisor - the room inside is poorly decorated and small pool outside - the lounge is so small and the sofa is very uncomfortable - Everything included in the hotel is limited: only one microwave and two plates two cups. 「Stayed at Bellbird for one night in an ensuite room. Very spacious both bedroom and ensuite which was newly renovated. Split air-conditioning plus ceiling fan. No coffee or tea facilities.We arrived as they were replacing old mattressess for new. Daughter stayed in shared bathroom which was also recently renovated. 」

「We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Silverpoint Estate. Christine was so helpful and communication was great. Lovely spacious house with very comfortable beds in a beautiful location. The breakfast included was wonderful too. We can't wait to come back!」
