We had a little bit of an issue checking in because they put us in a non bunk bed room and the second room was occupied but the assistant front desk manager treated us to a cabana on the water park for one ...

I prepaid for a ride from the airport and I wasn’t able to locate them. Took a taxi instead. Upon arrival realized that it was in poor repair in a seedy area and not on the beach. The listing states family friendly and on a sandy beach. Neither of these are true. And no water in pool. It was intended ...
