Staff was very friendly when I told them about the condition of room. They were at capacity so there was not another room available. Comfort Inn Mount Airy
After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!
