「Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.」

「Everything was very clean, great facilities, good selection of food. The only improvement would be the bed in the room. We stayed in 804 and the mattress was so worn it had dips in it which made for an uncomfortable sleep.」

「Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto. 「Beautiful hotel! Wish we could’ve stayed here longer. The food was amazing, pool was nice and clean, rooms were comfortable! Very impressed. The staff were so kind and very helpful. The view from the room balcony was gorgeous.」

「I booked this hotel mostly because of the location and for the swimming pool as I have a child who likes swimming, never in my life I would think that as a hotel guest you have to pay extra for the swimming pool and also the spa reception asked as to buy swimming caps as it’s a hotel policy. I was very frustrated as other people in the pool were not wearing caps. I wouldn’t go there again as the rooms a quiet outdated and also for the 2 days we were the no cleaner came to at least pick up the...

「So so」

「Very nice and friendly owner 😊」

「10 out of 10 on all counts - the room, staff, amenities, and location were all excellent. Right on a park and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff were all super helpful and nice. And breakfast was delicious!」

「The altitude of the front desk is bad. I won't stay this hotel again in the future.」

「The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel is a short walking distance from the centre.」

「Clean room always and location excellent」
