While these individuals stood out, the sentiment extends to each and every member of the staff we encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, looked after my family with genuine kindness and efficiency. We left feeling not just like guests, but like valued friends. "Just overall a wonderful place to stay! We stayed their 2 bedroom apartment suite. They were clean, well maintained, staff were very polite and helpful. Spa was exceptional. Food was excellent. The microwave in our room never warmed the food that was our only issue. We also didn’t contact them about it because it didn’t matter much. Had we told them, I am sure they would have fixed it quickly. Will be staying with them for our future visits. Please keep up the good work. "
