The hotel is in excellent condition and perfectly situated right in the heart of town—you are literally steps away from incredible restaurants and all the main historic sites. 「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」

「Delightful and comfortable stay right outside Perugia. Breakfast is fantastic (owner bakes the tarts and charcuterie from grandpa). Absolutely recommend!」

「Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.」
