Nice house with a welcoming host. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bathroom and shower. The bed was nice and there was a fridge in the room which is always a nice addition. The location itself was very close walking distance to the city centre about 10 minutes and the host provided a map and restaurant suggestions. We had a great stay and will go back if ever in Perth again.

A lovely guesthouse run by C. She was welcoming and friendly the whole time we were there and the house itself has been kept/cleaned to a very high standard. Wonderfully comfy bed and walkable to the centre of Perth. We’ve already pencilled in with C to stay next year when we’re down for the same event.

5 stars for this guesthouse! The owner was so helpful and kind, even when our ferry and train connections caused us to be late our first night. I can’t imagine a better experience and would highly recommend it. We had a wonderful continental breakfast.

The accommodation was lovely. The owners had thought of everything. Replaced coffee, tea, biscuits daily. Water and milk was also replenished daily. Easy walk into town. Gave you a map highlighting eating places that they recommended.

Couldn’t be beaten, brilliant guest house!

Staying at Rosebank Guest House was fantastic. I was on a solo trip to Scotland and was very anxious about it all. Caroline was so welcoming and helpful, truly a lovely lady. The guest house was spotless, super comfortable and clean. The room was very nice, posh bathroom and pretty decor, bed was superbly comfortable and it was brilliant to have a stocked fridge with fresh water and milk for a much needed cuppa! Breakfast was lovely also, hats off to the chef! All round great stay, would recommend and I’ll definitely be back to stay again!

Tolles Erlebnis! Sauber, gut ausgestattet (auch Stromadapter in den Zimmern; 2 Gepäckständer pro Zimmer), sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet; die Eigentümerin ist ein wahrer Schatz (will unbedingt die Koffer selber tragen; führt uns alle Funktionen der Zimmer selber vor, vom zentralen Lichtschalter bis zur Dusche); große Zimmer; Frühstück gibt es auf ledernen Untersetzern; Man merkt, daß unsere Wirtin da auch wohnt, und entsprechend wohlig sein soll. Die ganze Strasse ist ein Gästehaus am anderen, aber hier hängen die schönsten Geranientöpfe. Innen ist sowieso alles super! Vor der Abreise noch schnell ein Selfie der Wirtin mit uns. Herzlicher geht es nicht!

Amazing

Absolutely amazing guest house the host is simply amazing nothing is to much bother for her she goes above and beyond for her guests room is comfy quiet tea,coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and even a bowl of toffees in your room and a small fridge with bottled water,breakfast is first class and plentiful,I will be staying here on a regular monthly basis.

Fantastic Guest House!

I struggle to think of anything outside of "fantastic" for this great little place! The owner, Caroline, makes you feel incredibly welcome, and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely be making a return when we are in the area again.
