Check in was good, room ok but dirty sock (not mine) on bedroom floor. Next door neighbour had people knocking on his door frequently all night & talking loudly in the corridor outside our room (we could hear what they were saying…I’ll just say, dodgy deals)! I have stayed here before but never again.

Staff were very nice, helpful and easy to deal with. Facilities were outdated and run down. Area was very rough and occupants that actually live there were rude, loud and aggressive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was very clean, but there was a lot of temporary maintenance and poor patch up throughout the apartment. The hallways and elevator were very dirty. Cheap and cheerful - but in need of work

Great location and room OK, however, ceiling fan was not working and was not repaired in our 6 day stay. (Staff did provide a portable fan, which was much appreciated). Also, the exercise room was unavailable - this was one of the facilities that we booked this hotel for, so that was disappointing. Also disappointing that on last day of our stay, staff were taking equipment from the cleaning store opposite our room very early in the morning. Moving the equipment was extremely noisy and prolonged.

Not a nice or safe place to stay, prostitutes and unsavoury characters all around and inside the hotel. Would not recommend for families. Asked the owner for a refund as I was not going to stay after looking around but refused.

Lift was broken. Had two flights of stairs to get up and down with my 78year old mother. Hardly any crockery/utensils in room. Had to ask manager to bring some. Free parking- not. Had to pay extra. Manager was very helpful in carrying our luggage to the room for us Overall it is very old and rundown and badly in need of a refurbishment

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Please read the countless horrible reviews online before staying here. They will keep your deposit and lie about the reasons why. There was drugs and prostitution everywhere. The cops raided the place when I was there. I can’t believe this place is still operating.

The room that I was in was quite spacious and has all the amenities I required for travellers. Some tenents are just noisy as if they are refurbishing inside their room. If youre lucky enough, you might end up with a quiet neighbor then youre stay would be pleasant.
