「Was disgusted by the entire process. Upon checking in they couldn’t find my reservation. Somehow he made it work. All I can really say is that the ac was cold and the bed was that uncomfortable. Bed skirting was dirty and pillows and towels were stained and I swear they didn’t replace the pillow cases because one of them had makeup smear all over it. I was told the room was non smoking but it stank of cigarette smoke. The floor felt dirty and grimy. I don’t think they have a made service....

「I booked this hotel because of its location at the exit on I-75. Unfortunately, it sits right on the exit road highway….not positioned far enough back on the property. I did not feel safe here. Asking in advance for a quiet room, the choice was next door to the office or under the stairwell. Maintenance in room was needed. Skip the breakfast.」

「The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. The space around the toilet and sink areas smelled like...
