"Exceptionnel! Arrivée autonome avec des codes. Des l’entrée on a un avant goût de la propreté des lieux. La chambre que nous avions pris était une standard pour deux personnes. Extrêmement prop et très agréable. Lit impeccable et confortable et la salle de bain également et très grande. Grande télé mais par contre pas beaucoup de chaînes. "We only stayed one night in early March. The hotel room is spacious and comfy, the towers and bathrobes are soft and thick - extremely good quality. The toiletries are also fine. The main bed was really comftable, the child's sofa was fine - sufficient for a your teenager for one night. Breakfast was crowded, choice adequate for everyone, variety of options available. The hotel's location is amazing, so convenient and accessible. Staff was absolutely amazing. We've seen three different shifts and they were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. The viewing terrace was closed, but this has not had any bearing on our stay. Truly recommend this hotel. "

"The apartment hotel is in a tall block part of the Lille Europe complex. It was usefully right next door to the Westfield Shopping Centre and Carrefour. The staff were very nice and tolerated our attempts at French. The room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, with the toilet discoloured with limescale and the cracked basin draining very slowly. The bed was comfortable although an extra pillow would have been useful. Ear plugs would have been useful as there was a continuous hum from the Westfield Centre air conditioning plant and noise from the station. Also the room fridge compressor was a little noisy, no problem if you were asleep but not if you were struggling to do so. Wifi was good. We didn't use the TV because it had only French language channels. The kitchen equipment is basic but functional. Overall not the best of stays but you get what you pay for. "
