「I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. They provided me an apartment on the second floor and lied to me when they said it was just one set of stair. Picture this, I was with my father on a...

「Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day.
