"Booked for two days, after the first night we went out.next morning and when we returned at night, the keys don''t work to go to the room, and after they reset our keys, the room was the same way when we left in the morning, and next morning I complained at the office and no body know anything about why our room no body clean up,.. no more stay in this hotel. "

"We checked in at 4 and they said the room wasn’t available yet… took almost 3 hours later to check in! By the time we got a room at 7pm the pool experience was closed and we were ready for bed. "

"The Marco Hotel has a great location off of I-10 so it is easy to get on and off the highway for a one-night stay. I did have to get a different room since the original room was not ready (arrived at 9 PM so past check-in) and the staff was super accommodating and took care of the issue. The new room was cooler and the AC definitely worked. "

"We took kids, so the free breakfast was a big deal... It was a granola bar and a cup of orange..The smell of weed was all over the property..The air conditioner sucked the weed smell in our room..This is a Great Place for a pothead..Not a family..Sorry!!!"
