"I stayed in a comfortable and spacious Deluxe Room, with a peaceful and pleasant ambience that was perfect for relaxing both mind and body. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. I had opted for the AP plan (All meals included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was rich in flavour, generously portioned, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully served, making dining a real highlight of the stay. The lavatory was relatively very small, and room cleanliness has to be improved. Other than this, the overall stay was truly excellent. "

"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. "Sterling Kodai Lake amazed us! The lush green garden was beautifully maintained, and the property itself is a stunning highlight of Kodaikanal. There were many great photo spots in the facility. The service team was wonderful, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay by the lake."

"The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good."
