「Great stay at Guruvayoor 」

「It's a decent place to stay if you are there to visit Guruvayoor temple. The temple is walkable distance maybe 5-10 min. We are visiting this hotel after 5 years, and the property has aged. However they have kept in clean. Restaurant has decent food.」

「The location is excellent for temple visit, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms have a musty/moldy smell, though linen was fresh and bathrooms were clean. There was sofa in the room which was very dirty, and I was worried there is mold! The room would have looked better and would have been more functional without the sofa! Less is more when it comes to furniture in a small hotel room - what is more important is cleanliness! I might not stay here again due to the cleanliness...

Remote of the TV not functioning, No list of intercom nos for room service, No hot water facility in the AC room, bathroom window panes unclean and unsafe. Food in the restaurant very poor. Food infection happened after consuming curd which was spoiled. Overall poor experience and hence will not be recommended in these conditions. Very poor and unprofessional way of managing the business.」

「Convenient location and well maintained property」

「Based on a good review, I booked in at Vishnu Inn, paying comparatively a very high price. I was totally disappointed with the stay. The reasons: 1. The room had a bad stink as soon as we entered, we requested them to use some room freshners, which they did 2. There were too many mosquitoes, so literally couldn't sleep at all in the night. 3. Airconditioner was not working continuously 4. Hot water supply was there only for a short time, that too after requesting for the same at the front desk....

「Was convenient to the temple. The room was passable but we didn't have any hot water (the water coming out of the hot water was lukewarm). We also requested towels and water 3 times before actually getting them.」
