「We were at the front entrance in the rain and cold trying to use the code given to enter. Nothing worked. Several phone calls got us in. Once inside there was confusion on how to get our key to the room. Finally a code was given over the phone to open a box containing our key, but no card to activate power ,lights etc. After more calls etc. We got the card. The room itself contained 2 tiny single beds so close together in a small confined space, it was difficult to get up for the washroom use....

「I had a great experience staying at Hotel Azinheira by RIDAN Hotels. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and everything felt well organized. The location is also very convenient, especially if you are visiting the Sanctuary of Fátima, which is just a short walk away. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fátima.」

「It was a cute little apartment. Type unit was a huge balcony overlooking the river, which was beautiful. Had a very well kept kitchenette, a little living room area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was well decorated and a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely return」

「It is a nice, recently remodeled hotel. A little hard to find and unload on the narrow street, but ok. But, Checkin took more than a half hour. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The shower is mounted at two meters, and the shower stall only has a half door, so unless you are tall enough to change the angle, you have a very were bathroom. Parking is on the parallel (main) street. Ok, but not good in the rain. What takes this from a 4 to a 1 is the barking...
