Expedia por su parte asegura que el hotel sí facturó y por parte del hotel ni ha habido respuesta. Así que pagué doble y mintieron."

"Le logement ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Nous devions avoir une cabane dans les arbres avec spa privatif . Nous n’avons pas eu le bain nordique privé et la cabane était juste sur pilotis . Nous avons dû payé le spa pour une privatisation d’une heure à hauteur de 72€ pour 4 . Le gérant nous a proposé d’y aller une demi heure plus tôt pour dédommagement. Nous n’avons pas pu vu qu’il était privatisé l’heure précédente . Le rideau de douche est encrassé et le ménage laissé à désirer ....
