「沒有想像中好，服務就像網路上說的一樣普通，沒有五星級的水準。蚊子很多，吃飯的時候一直被蟲盯，沙灘景色好，但是也只能看，因為有水母。 整體而言框架ok服務沒到位，整體環境普通。」

「Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. 」

「There was no mention of the fact this hotel was unfinished, partially a building site. Lots of things not working, like the lift, jacuzzi and one of the restaurant. Building workers all over the place. Location is good, noise from noisy bars on the road side of the hotel from 10pm -2am. Breakfast was a bit disappointing not up to a 5 stars standard. 」

「Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up.」
