The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take."
