「Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Santanna. Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous, les communs sont propres. Les dîners au buffet sont très bons, en 3 jours nous n'avons pas eu 2 fois la même chose. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la piscine de la chambre et la salle de bain à cause d'un problème d'évacuation d'eau.」

「First would like to say I'd definitely come back to this hotel on my next holiday to Crete. The hotel is quite massive and lovely to walk around on a warm night. The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. Some of the hotel staff are polite and helpful especially the bartenders on the 17.00 shift on blue bar and the bar by the Olympic size pool, it was easy to have a conversation with them and they gave good...

「Agréable séjour dans un havre de paix où tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances! Chambre confortable et insonorisée, très belle plage aménagée, personnel adorable. Quelques points négatifs à souligner: piscine petite et de ce fait transats pris d’assaut, salle de bain à rénover, nourriture répétitive. A mon sens il s’agit un bon 4 étoiles à taille humaine. Toutefois, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.」
