"Fantastic location right on the seafront and an easy stroll to the town centre. Breakfast was top-notch with both cooked English and continental choices. A special shoutout to the team: if you have an early start and miss breakfast, they will prepare a packed takeout breakfast for you. That is real hospitality and going above and beyond! The staff offered great local tourist advice, and the bar was pleasant, friendly, and well-stocked. Don't miss out on the food either—their pizza was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Would definitely stay again!"

"Loved this B&B - the room (Langley) was clean and big, and had everything you need. There was a cafetiere for the coffee which I genuinely don't know that I've ever had in a hotel before, and really liked. There's UHT milk in the room and fresh milk and cold water in a fridge in the guest lounge (as well as bags of ice that I somehow missed until the last night, don't miss the ice). If I had a single negative about the room it would be that the headboard or bed frame creaks really loudly when you move a specific way, but I really don't think that rates a complaint or loss of a star. Location is great, you're right on the Newlyn harbour and walking distance to Mousehole and Penzance. We parked in the long stay car park round the corner on arrival then didn't go near the car again until we left, if you don't fancy walking there are also regular buses and a stop two minutes away. The best thing about this stay is the breakfast, I'd recommend for that alone. The variety is so good for a B&B, and the quality is great. Everything we tried was delicious, and generously portioned. Stephen and Barbara were very friendly and welcoming, and Barbara gave us a great recommendation on the bus options that I think we probably would have otherwise missed. Absolutely recommend and 100% would stay again."

"Good location however if driving parking can be difficult, though paid parking across the road. £7.50/24 hrs. It is above a pub so can be noisy. Room spacious as we were 3 adults. Tea/coffee in room. Nice view from our room. Ocean views. Staff helpful. We had no hot water first night and they tried their best to get sorted. No air conditioning - a small fan in room - was hot, albeit middle of summer! Nice breakfast included- continental and cooked if you wish."
