「We could not stay at this property because it was dirty, neglected, and extremely unsafe. Despite the unacceptable condition, they refused to reimburse us, so we had to leave and lost all the money we paid. The entrance was dangerous—you have to cross a broken, makeshift wooden bridge over an open ditch. The stairs were partially broken, the wooden structure and railings were rotten and unstable, and elevated areas were inadequately protected. The kitchen contained dirty dishes, the pool was...
