「excellant price for spacious accommodation including a nice little kitchen, lounge, large bathroom including both a shower and a bath, and a really nice bedroom with large comfy long sized bed. The room is in need of some care with a leaking shower head and stains on the furniture (I'm sure they've been cleaned). The room faced out into the King's Lynn minster which, laying in bed listening to the bell ringing practice Sunday morning was great. Being a room over a pub in a busy party of town...

「The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars...

「The only issue is parking. The Kings Lynn parking machine requires you to feed coins for limited hours. I had to download their unique pay app to avoid feeding the meter every few hours day and night.」

「A very rustic, basic comfortable accomodation. Very quiet and relaxing. No hassle and fuss free. Breakfast is badic but adequate. Owners very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.」

「This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The free parking is a 5 minute walk and town a 10 minute walk. 」

「Very comfortable and clean, super friendly, helpful staff. A little deceiving from the advert that the shower was inside the pod. Walk across to the shower block wasn’t what we expected. Kettle provided but no cups to drink from. 」

「As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
