「The location is only about 15 minutes driving from ferry terminal. There are only 5 minutes walking distance to Baudin Beach which the sunset is so beautiful. The room setting does not really convenience which seems bit old. Lots of birds stay the trees next to the room which are bit noisy in early morning about 5:00 to 6:00a.m. We woke up at 5:00a.m. due to birds' noisy sound. 「Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. We tried contacting the property the day before our arrival to ask about food options but never received a call back. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay.
