"We really enjoyed staying at Mandarin Oriental in KL. The staff were super nice and the concierge helped us bring our luggage upstairs. "The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more."

"Overall the rooms and amenities are excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Mr Ariff from concierge who was the staff out greeted us was helpful and gave us the the good vibes to make our stay even more memorable. Hotel is located conveniently at the center of a transport (KL Sentral) where it is a train ride to most places of interested."
