「No instruction about where is the check in counter. no instruction about the facility like where is the swimming pool?」

「The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

「位置雲頂山腳 但還是一樣冷 登記處有點難找 停車場上房搭電梯需要單獨刷房卡 因不夠靈活 房間不錯 乾淨 有碗筷 可以簡單煮食 但不提供桌布擦桌子 有點費解 難道吃完不用搞乾淨？ 窗口沒風景 只有大廈 」

「It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.」

「Nice and comfortable deluxe studio with a fully functional kitchenette.Very spacious with king size bed with airconditioning. Comes with washing machine and dryer. Easy access to eateries and LRT station. Shopping mall within walking distance.」

「so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.」

「女子二人旅での利用。チェックイン時に電話をかけないといけないのですがe-simからは掛けられず玄関の守衛さんが電話してくれチェックイン。 部屋に入り説明を受けた後に部屋タイプが違うことに気づき伝えると謝罪と共にスイート仕様の部屋に交換してくださいました。 担当してくれたOsmanはとても親切で不安無くチェックアウトまで本当に素敵な部屋で過ごすことができました。 備え付けのドライヤーだけが少し使いづらかったので改善していただきたいです。 駅からも2分くらいの距離。 繁華街も徒歩圏内。このプライスはお値打ち。 屋上からの夜景も最高でした。 また次に行く機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。」
