「3 times I told the hotel via Expedia that my husband would check into the hotel before me because I was arriving very late (after midnight). The hotel did not welcome or acknowledge my request, nor did it respond. I have the feeling that the messages to / from me and the hotel via Expedia are not actually helpful. We have been going to the same hotel for probably 10 years when in Salvador, but they always act like we are strangers.」

「What a delightful hotel. The room was large and comfortable, and the daily breakfast was a real treat. We even enjoyed the company of the resident dog. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location could not have been better. We hope to return soon!」

「Well equiped, well located a not noisy. But access to roof with pool and gym close very early and 10 pm. We are in vacation, 10 pm is early to go to bed if we don't go out.」

Un petit oasis étonnamment tranquille au centre de l’action. Salle de bain étroite comparé aux standards modernes, mais mais très jolie et fonctionnelle. Il y a même une planche à repasser intégrée dans le mur! Je recommande chaudement. 」

「We were sad to find that the hotel "já era." It seems to be relying on large groups that come and stay, and with the exception of someone at the front desk who I believed was named Renato, you could come and go through reception and not be greeted. The staff seemed slightly demoralized. The lighting in the halls and rooms was really terrible. The place has a good structure, but needs some loving investment.」

「Great hotel in a lively neighborhood with a lot of things to do. Only con (if you can call it that) is that the hotel only has 1 iron and ironing board in a room on the main floor for EVERYONE in the hotel to come down and share. Not a big issue, just something to keep in mind when booking with this hotel. I’ll be staying here again in the future…. But I’ll be bring my a mini travel sized iron/steamer with me next time 😂😂😂」
