" Very fun concept for a hotel! The room was spacious and had all essential amenities. We very much appreciated the hotel arranging wine tours for our stay in the area and a transfer to the airport. The food at the hotel restaurant was too notch. Do be aware that the hotel is at the top of a hill. This gives a great view, but can be challenging to get to on foot. "

no air conditioning
No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."

"Glass dispensers for toiletries in the shower seems really dumb. Overall the hotel was fine. Check-in was really awkward as the young lady wanted to take me all the way to my room which felt unnecessary."

El punto bajo fue el restaurant, poca variedad de fruta para el desayuno, muchas moscas y para cenar, poca variedad de platos para quienes no comemos carne y malos los tragos, no lo supieron preparar.
Se sugiere que en la piscina no ingresen menores de edad con pañales por la hogiene..."
