"This is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating. We stayed here for three days after spending time in Uluwatu, Ubud, and hiking Mt Batur and it was just what we needed. We sat by the pools, walked the beach, got massages, and went into town for lunch each day. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, each room has its own hammock. Highly recommend! "

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. We actually went there to look for a potential wedding venue, the people we were supposed...

"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"Die Unterkunft liegt an sich sehr schön. Morgens aufstehen und auf Palmen und Dschungel blicken zu können ist wirklich ein Erlebnis wert ! Das Personal ist auch recht freundlich. Jedoch ist das Frühstück nicht wirklich üppig. Auch wurden von uns zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte zum Frühstück Bestellt (Am Abend vorher muss man eine Karte mit der Bestellung ausfüllen), jedoch brachte man uns 2 Mal das gleiche mit einer etwas fragwürdigen Begründung. "We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"
