「My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting. The room itself was not terrible, and the hotel has a modern look, but the lack...

I immediately notified the front desk and the gentleman immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. Definitely will stay again.」

There was mold around the tub, roaches in the bathroom area. I was a bit worried about sleeping in the bed since there was a horrific golden couch that had stains all over it next to the bed. No business area, the pool is the smallest one I've seen at a hotel. I wished I never used the onekey」
