From the moment we walked in, Doğa at reception was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. After a stressful travel situation, her warm and efficient approach immediately made us feel at ease — almost like coming home. The service throughout our stay continued to impress us. The restaurant staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, creating a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Their hospitality added greatly to the overall experience. Overall, the hotel provided exactly what we needed after a difficult travel day: comfort, kindness, and excellent service. "This hotel sucks. I booked a room a month in advance and then needed to revise three weeks before my trip due to my job messing up. I realized this very quickly and tried to revise by a couple days but never received a single response from this hotel. I’m not sure it is even a legit operation. I would highly suggest staying ANUWHERE else but here. You might show up and no one will be there. They definitely don’t answer their emails or calls. This hotel is a joke. I lost a stay but hopefully you won’t have to as well and learn from my mistake. "

"When we arrived late at night we were told we didn't have a reservation. This was untrue and I showed the porter my reservation on my phone. After a long time we finely got a room but we needed to pay cash. I had already paid but I finally got that money back. Although our room looked clean it stank of cigarette smoke. So bad we had to keep the window open just to be able to breathe. I would not use this property again. "
