"We had an absolutely awesome room with a gorgeous view of the Saanich Inlet and beyond. Our room was spacious with a jacuzzi tub in the middle with a huge living room and fireplace. The bed was covered in rose petals with chocolates for us as well as a nicely prepared fruit tray in the fridge. Loved our room! We also had a beautiful balcony surrounding our room. Dinner in the Alpine Dining room was also fabulous with great food and service."

"It was close to the airport. Asked for the back side of motel so was nice and quiet. However if you have mobility issues, like stairs while carrying or lifting luggage ask for a ground floor."

"Overall, my stay was fantastic. Staff was very nice! The food at the restaurant was ok,however the dust was a issue for me inside the restaurant. I could see that the registers haven't been cleaned in a while.alsi the boat on the ceiling was also covered in dust. Other than that a very pleasant place to stay.i would stay there again the view of the mountains from the suite are amazing!"

"The location itself was the draw to this resort, and it was worth the effort to get there. We found the area to be very relaxing and tranquil. There was only one night with some excessive noise by a neighboring cottage. Otherwise, it felt like we were there alone for most of the time we spent at the resort. The cottage had plenty of space both inside and outside. Got plenty of use of the hot tub. I will say the interior was somewhat dated and there were many stains on the carpet and even the ceiling from what looked like prior water leaks. I think some updates would go a long way. Everything did work and those things didn't detract from the stay."
