Staff were polite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing and could not find my booking for 10 minutes asking me multiple times to confirm i had booked there. Also had confusion over my booking type as expedia allowed me to select the 'pay at property' option (which was more expensive) then the hotel took the money out...

「After a nice welcome, we were able to really enjoy our stay last weekend. It’s set back from the busy roads and pubs so we could enjoy complete peace. Good breakfast and very accommodating.
