Nice town centre hotel.

Nice small hotel in the centre of Pelt. Easy parking a couple of hundred metres away in the main square. The hotel has a nice restaurant serving a good selection of food. Perfect for a short stay.

The hotel was ideal for what we were looking for. In a nice quiet village with plenty of dining options. Good was food. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and tidy. When we saw staff they were polite but were obviously very busy and had multiple roles within the hotel. The hotel restaurant is used by locals and seems to be very popular - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room which was good. The hotel was nicely decorated in communal spaces. Our family room was spacious and had a mezzanine level which was nice. There was plenty of room for our travel cot. The downside of this was that you took a lift to get to the first floor but then had to navigate a flight of stairs to get to the room, which was a little tricky with a pushchair. There was an excellent selection of pastries for the continental breakfast and there was a few hot items available too (eggs, bacon and pancakes the first day with sausages, toasties and sausage rolls added on the second day). We would stay here again

Hot water only works after a long time, so that showering is almost impossible, TV does not work because nobody cares about checking it in the meantime, the staircase is extremely steep and therefore to be used with caution. The friendly service tries to conceal all these shortcomings. I would not have expected all of this based on the hotel's rating and would not recommend it.

Absolute aanrader

Geweldig hotel. Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. De vrouw die het ontbijtbuffet verzorgt en de kokkin zijn een extra vermelding waard. Vrouwen van goud. Blijf er vooral dineren, alles is overheerlijk. Het is er super schoon. Kortom voor ons een dikke vette 10!
