「I stayed 2 delightful nights at the Ivanhoe. Your managers couldnt have been more helpful and thoughtful. The old part of the hotel is far nicer than the new annex. I stayed in a cosy room ( Col Sir Younghusband )with a fireplace, surrounded by thoughts on who had graced these rooms in the past. A place with a lot of character and lovely staff. 「There is nothing noteworthy about this property. There are no restaurants nearby and the one in house is not that good in terms of ambience, food choice etc. Breakfast was ok. 」

「Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. 」
