"This new venture in a mansion with an historic story has been open 4 months in the village on the side of a mountain above Volos. Owners Chris and Rob are welcoming, professional and offer top notch service and warmth in a residence with stunning views. There are five rooms, two massive suites, an included breakfast made to your liking either in your room or in the sitting room by the fire (it was late February). The village of Agios Lavrentios has stone, narrow streets with no cars. The people are warm and the food in the open restaurants are traditional and the menu delicious. Try the goat! The residence is clean, fabulously decorated with comfortable beds, modern walk-in showers, and lots of amenities. It is worth the drive up and away from the cities and towns along the coast. From where you park your car, Chris is happy to assist you with your luggag, if desired. A must stay and see inn."
