「The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! 」

「1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. 」

「The space is big however we saw some cockroaches. The pool need some cleaning. Glad there're hot water with good pressure Kettle, mug, 3 in 1 coffee mix, provided 」

「- both units weren’t ready. Checked in at 3 pm when the actual check in time is at 2PM - Both units were dusty and dirty. I had to self clean and even asked for a broom from the receptionist. - Units’ door in poor condition. You could get locked from outside for no reason - Wifi was not working for one of the unit - Slow response」

「Hotel is in groot onderhoud en geen zwembad beschikbaar. Ook het menu voor dinner is miniem. Werd niet aangegeven op de site . Jammer verloren tijd 」
