Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty.
