"Yes the AC worked great, Staff was nice, the cabinet holding the sink was water logged on the shower side and coming apart. The room smelled. We opened the bathroom window and used the heater fan to blow it out."
"Clarissa at the check in counter was great. She helped me change dates when Expedia was no help at all. She cheerfully helped us with restaurant choices, and she even told us of a scenic route to Canyonlands that was shorter than Googles route and had almost no traffic.
The block out curtains were located right over the heat/AC unit, and when the fan in the AC unit kicked in, the curtains billowed out and flapped in the breeze. Some curtain weights stitched into the base of the curtains would cure this. We just placed some books, shave cream container, etc to pin the curtains down to the window sill.
The faucet in the bathroom sink was extremely difficult to turn on/off. Had to grab it with both hands and pull up to turn water on.
These are relatively minor complaints, and overall our stay at Abejo Lodge was fine,"
"We stay in Monticello occasionally on our trip to Albuquerque. This is the first time we’ve stayed at the inn at the canyons and it will be the only one we stay out from now on."
"My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable, we had a mini fridge that we took advantage of, and the Air Con and gas heater were both used and were both effective. We enjoyed viewing the deer from our dome window. There was quite a storm the night before we checked out. The rain sounded great on the tent. The bathroom and shower were a short distance away from the tent. We had our own. We would definitely stay here again. "
