Plenty of towels etc. I had room 11 on the ground floor which did not feel very private, however the curtains were good - it was just a shame not to be able to open up for the natural light. Only problem I had was some very noisy people upstairs from me who sounded like they were moving furniture around in the night - however not the accommodations fault and other than that it was very quiet. 」

「I stayed here for about a week and loved this place so much! It’s super close to a cafe round the corner, groceries are nearby and easy access to transport too! Lovely terrace view and most of all I felt super safe! The area is really nice, mostly with locals! I wish the place had an iron so I could iron my clothes haha but other than that it was perfect! Would 100% come back again. 」

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

「Staff are all helpful and friendly, the place are very close to central market, and all the shopping place are near as well, we have a great time here!」

「Stated on hotels.com that have to contact the appartment if arrived after mid-night, even though we knew we would arrive around 11pm, which is before mid-night, we tried to contact the appartment in advance, however, the contact telephone number of the appartment provided in the booking confirmation from Hotels.com was wrong. 「An excellent, clean small apartment. I only wish that they didn't use WhatsApp for their main communication. Also they could highlight /link it to the apps. web site. Luckily I had installed it a long time ago but NEVER used it. But our check in issue was resolved when we were able to get them by phone. The noise issue was that there was some construction work going on just down the street...not their fault The manager, Gizem was cordial, understanding and helpful I would recommend this...

「L’hotel est pratique car station Empalme avec plusieurs lignes métros jusqu'au centre de Valence en seulement une vingtaine de minute, et 40 min en métro de l’aéroport. Niveau restaurant c’est pas le top mais ça passe et petit déj c’est extrêmement basique, peut mieux faire mais ça passe aussi mais seulement pour quelques jours, plus une semaine et on sature je pense. 「Great big rooms; great staff; perfectly located in the old town; keyless entry. Highly recommended!」

「Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse.」
