「Clean room」

「The room was clean but well worn. Burn holes in carpet, bathroom sink scratched and cracked. Staff friendly and available all times. Pretty views!」

「Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. One of the main reasons we booked this property was to use the saunas, but unfortunately they never got hot enough to really enjoy. That took away from what we were expecting from the experience. It’s a nice place with potential, but I hope these issues...

Two highlights of the stay were Joana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And Bella (the hotel Frenchie) and her owner. 「Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.」
